More snowy weather

We are all hoping for warmer weather soon. This week is supposed to get up into the 50's. So far, we have yet to see that. One day last week, I was waiting for my daughter at work and took a couple photos. Hope it warms up soon and have a great week!

More snow

My birthday is in Feb and it never fails, cold and snowy. So far the start of February has been exactly that. I like the snow but I'm ready for Spring at this point.

freezing

If you haven't heard, the Midwest is in an artic freeze. Last night was down to -7 and today the high was a balmy 5 degrees. I let my dogs out this morning to go potty. My oldest Corgi come running to me to be picked up. The other Corgi and my mutt alternated paws in the snow. My mom said her little dog ran out, potty and then rolled over and put his paws in the air. We aren't used to this cold! Hope everybody is staying warm. Ice

Seems December 2013 will be remembered for the icy weather. Hope everyone had a merry Christmas.

A little snow

Mid Missouri received a little snow, a little ice and a little sleet. Made for a pretty drive into town today. Stay warm and toasty!

Western Quilt is finished

I thank the lady in Belle for getting this quilt done before Christmas. I think she did a great job. She put black backing on it and used black thread. Looks better in person.

A walk in the snow

I've been sick. Woke up Friday morning with a sore throat and a nasty head cold. I've been taking cold medicine and staying in bed but today. I went on a walk with my dogs in the woods. I love the sound of failing snow. I could resist.
