I love to take photos, make quilts and camping. Most of my photos are taken around Missouri, the state I was born and raised in. I hope you enjoy my photos and love my great state as much as I do!

Holts Summit Christmas Parade 2018
It was a chilly 34 degrees but sunny day for the Christmas parade. This year there were 3 marching bands.. I admit, I'm like a little kid on Christmas morning, when it comes to marching bands. I love the energy of the bands! The grandson made a haul on candy! Great parade & we finished it off with hot chocolate to warm us.

Rooster Creek Quilt Show 2018
My local quilt store, Rooster Creek, had a quilt show this weekend. I got a chance to go and shop the vendors and look at the beautiful quilts today. I loved so many, it was hard to chose which ones to vote on. I didn't get a chance to see the vintage quilts, as there were classes going on where they were. I had a hair appointment today so I was in a bit of a rush. But here are some of the beautiful quilts I saw this morning.
