I was trying to figure out what to make for my brother, the only person in my immediate family, who doesn't own a quilt I've made. I found this great pattern on Moda's Blog yesterday. I'm using batik fabric. As always, Pinky has to try out the quilt top. I think she likes it.
I like a little modern once in a while. I made a couple using batiks also and they are just so fun to work with. Your brother will love this quilt!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Becky. I started out with another one, jewel tone fabrics framed, but my mom didn't like it. So I found this pattern and thought he's like it. I picked the most manly batiks I could find. My friends like it but, once again, my mom isn't hip on it.
