Welcome back Winter

It has been warm and beautiful so far this Winter. My yard looked beautiful until today. The first photos are Friday. 70 degrees, sunshine...beautiful day!

 And now, this morning! It's in the 30's and snow. The temperature is supposed to drop into the teens tonight. There goes my flowers. But I love snow and so do my dogs! Rascal is having a BLAST!

Mo Star Quilt Co, Joplin and Springfiield RV Show

This has been a busy weekend. Friday I went up North with my good friend, Jon, to Missouri Star Quilt Company. I always love to see all the different fabric shops and quilt ideas.

Saturday, my husband and I took off to Joplin to visit my best friend. I grew up in Joplin and it is really nice to visit. We had a wonderful meal and drinks at Casa Montez. 

On our way back home we stopped in Springfield and checked out the RV show. It's not the biggest RV show but I really enjoy this show! We found a couple we really liked but as I always say, I love the one we have because it's paid for. What a busy and fun weekend! I am ready to relax in my recliner.
