I love to take photos, make quilts and camping. Most of my photos are taken around Missouri, the state I was born and raised in. I hope you enjoy my photos and love my great state as much as I do!

Nature center and parade
Today was a busy day. My daughter went wedding dress shopping with her aunt and cousin in Springfield. We got to keep my grandson and take him to the Holt Summit Christmas Parade. Very chilly day; sunny, windy and 38 degrees. But first we went to Runge nature center. We always enjoy that and I prefer it over the park because its also educational. My grandson learned to shoot a rubber band gun. make deer tracks with clay and see a lot of turkeys at the feeders. Next we found a place to park on the parade route and waited. As soon as the kids heard the first police sirens, they jumped up! A very cold but very fun day!
